E' dal 16 settembre 2020 ad oggi 15 dicembre 2020 che cerco di scaricare senza fortuna la carta TAMOIL di 25 euro acquistata su SixthContinent Il servizio di assistenza non risponde ai miei numerosi messaggi. Ho inviato due pec nessuna risposta. Al telefono non rispondono. Ormai mi dovrò rassegnare alla perdita dei 25 euro. Ho letto che anche a molti altri è accaduta la stessa sventura. Da sottolineare poi come SixtgContinent sia stata condannata dall'Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato a pagare una multa di quattromilioni di euro per pratiche commerciali scorrette. Voi come la chiamereste? Ebbene sì. Avete ragione State lontani da Sixthcontinent se avete a cuore i vostri soldi

Sixth Continent era partito molto bene come sito per acquistare shopping card da spendere in tanti negozi risparmiando ma dallo scorso autunno le cose si sono complicate sempre più con regole, punti diversi, poche possibilità di spendere crediti e wallet. Ora sembra che ci saranno dei cambiamenti da maggio ma mi sembra che l'utilizzo si complichi ancora.

Il Sito ha funzionato per un periodo senza problemi, poi ha iniziato a fare operazioni molto discutibili e alla fine ha chiuso per Fallimento, lasciando gli utenti a secco senza poter più recuperare le somme dai loro account, compreso il sottoscritto!

Ormai è evidente che il sito è in agonia. Agli utenti di vecchia data è stato di fatto impedito di utilizzate i "risparmi" accumulati sulla piattaforma (che erano stati accumulati immettendo denaro sulla piattaforma stessa), i nuovi utenti possono forse risparmiare qualcosa, anche se certamente non come si riusciva a fare una volta... ma io non mi fiderei. Pare che ci siano anche in corso dei procedimenti giudiziari: se potete, lasciate perdere.

Sembrava partire bene. Ma alla fine il sito è diventato una miniera d'oro solo per i proprietari. Giocano sul fatto che hai un risparmio ma in realtà le spese sono molto maggiori.
Molti limiti e nessun supporto. Ogni giorno cambiano le regole senza avvisare. Devi spendere un sacco di soldi per avere risparmi di pochi centesimi.
