Merchantdie: Dopo tre messaggi con l'Assistenza dove mi hanno ripetute le medesime cose prestampate che diranno sicuramente a tutti ho deciso di provare a trovare la soluzione da solo. Immergendomi nei vari forum online sono venuto a conoscenza di un bug di Rewards che consiste nella lingua selezionata, ovvero a prescindere dalla nazione nella quale svolgi le attività il sistema rileva per il riscatto esclusivamente la lingua inglese statunitense.

Come risolvo allora? Ti basta cliccare in basso a sx (come da screenshot) e nella pagina che si apre scegliere come lingua "English (United States)" e, successivamente, procedere al riscatto! ;)

N.b. Questo bug è riscontrabile soltanto in alcuni utenti, quindi è probabile che tu che stai leggendo potrai riscattare anche con la lingua italiana selezionata.
