I would like to share my experience with this browser game. Registered 4 years ago, I decide to invest, and after a year, I convince a family member to register. Obviously, reading the rules, to avoid future troubles, I don't register them under me, since it is allowed to connect more than one account with the same IP as long as they are different people (the family member lives with me), and I also make sure to validate my account with a phone number and identity card, and my family member does the same. Yesterday, I decided to quit due to lack of time and requested a withdrawal. Upon the next login, it doesn't let me connect because I supposedly entered the credentials wrong too many times (which is absolutely untrue). I request a password reset, reset it, and after logging in, it says my account has been disabled for violating the rules. I write to support, which has not bothered to respond even after 24 hours, and in the meantime, I discover that my family member's account has also been disabled. Honestly, at this point, I do not recommend investing real money in this game. This lack of response to consumer requests reminds me of other sites that turned into S**Ms!
