What's the meaning of the words under the green button?

Ormai avevo completamente abbandonato il sito, non ci pensavo neppure più. Qualcuno lo sta ancora usando? Sono rientrata nel mio account e ho letto tra le news del forum che:

Abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi di gestione e siamo consapevoli che ci sono molti riscossioni in sospeso dai nostri membri.
Attualmente stiamo lavorando su di loro e dovrebbero essere tutti elaborati entro le prossime 1-2 settimane.
Abbiamo già iniziato a esaminare la coda per assicurarci che vengano inviati a te.

oggi faccio la richiesta per cambiare pass ed entrando nel sito mi appare questo messaggio...
