How to make money online with website sale

The method of selling the site is what I personally feel the worst and meaningless.
Once you are created and started your blog/site you can resell it to the best bidder. Gain is relatively high (especially if the site has a high PageRank and a large number of daily visitors).

But why a webmaster should sell a site?
This question can not be answered uniformly. There are people who create it, then tired of following it and decides to sell it;
There is, however, one who creates it purposefully with the sole purpose of reselling it once it has taken foot in the web.
In fact, this is also a method of earning and as such we are forced to reconsider it.

Where do you go to buy or sell a site?
There are currently a dozen secure sites that allow this domain sale. However, there are many forums dealing with earnings where you can find many areas that deal with topics that we do not recommend.

How much is a site worth?
I answer this question by promoting internet sites that are exclusively created for that.
IMPORTANT: in my opinion they are not real values, so do not give us too much weight.

How much does it cost to buy a site?
Turning to the sites I will post later in which you can sell your sites, you can find deals of all types: sites starting at 5.00 € and even arriving up to 200.000,00 / 300.000,00 €.

As you have noticed, we did not include the usual list of sites with reviews, payments and reservations.
